Like it or not, attorneys are essential today more than ever before. Financial success requires strong legal agreements. More importantly, you need an attorney to interpret legal documents for you. I'll review your contract (lease, employment, license, buy sell agreement, NDAs) and send you notes, comments, and edits. I'll point out things to watch for and help you understand the contract before you sign. Just email me your contract and when you need it back and I will have it ready for you. Please allow at least a week. 10 pages max, $2 a page thereafter. The appointment you book should be booked for a week from the day you send the contract so we can discuss the contract during the meeting.
